Hafi Lingonberry Preserves 14.1 oz
Hafi — Hallands Fruktindustri — has been making preserves in Halland, on Sweden's west coast, since 1934, and still cooks its fruit in open copper kettles rather than pressure tanks. The lingonberries are hand-picked from Nordic forests. Too tart to eat raw and naturally high in benzoic acid, lingonberries keep almost indefinitely — which is why Swedes have preserved them for centuries and why a jar sits on most kitchen tables year-round.
Serving suggestions: the obligatory spoonful beside köttbullar and cream sauce — no Swedish meatball plate is complete without it. Equally at home with raggmunk (potato pancakes) and fried pork, spread on crispbread beneath a slice of mild cheese, stirred through morning porridge, or served with blodpudding. The tartness exists to cut richness, so put it next to anything fatty.

🇸🇪 Why Swedish candy?
Beyond simply loving Sweden, Swedish treats, and Swedish candy, we believe Swedish candy culture is the future of candy consumption in the USA. It's all about better ingredients, moderation, and finding joy in the little moments.
